Dear Brothers:

It is with great joy that I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and at the same time I want to share some prayer requests and news from the field with you.

Regarding the pastoral ministry, in the church in Jorge Basadre, during the month of July we baptized two faithful young people. After their conversion we have seen their growth in the Lord, their names are Junior and Keila. Keila suffered an accident in her hip, but after a surgery and three months of care, she is walking normally again. In all of this we have seen the hand of God working upon her. Many people said that she was not going to recover but she is doing very well now. She is now serving the Lord as a school teacher.

We continue preaching the gospel through the radio, giving away tracts, visiting homes, and by visiting friends and relatives of church members. Little by little they are becoming obedient to His calling. People here are very hard to deal with, that’s why I ask for your prayers for the Gospel to enter the hearts of people who are dead in their sins and trespasses.

We feel a little sad here at church because two families have moved to another city to work. They are the Nunez Suarez family and the Llovera Nunez family, but at the same time we are glad that they love to serve The Lord, and we are sure that they will continue doing so.

Regarding the Seminary, we finished the academic year successfully and we are preparing everything  to be ready to receive all the pastors and leaders of the region, so we can serve them in the upcoming pastors' conference. We ask your prayers for this event  which will be a great blessing for all the pastors and leaders from the region.

May The Lord bless you greatly. Greetings to all the brothers from HeartCry.
Sincerely, your servant in Christ,

Carlos G.
