Beloved Brothers,

 

I greet you in the name of Christ and I thank you for your disposition to help us. I want to share with you what God, in his mercy, has done this month.

 

Recently at our church we have been studying the 10 Commandments. We have had good discussion and the Scriptures have helped us to correct some of our erroneous ways of trying to obey God’s commandments. Our services have been limited to Sundays. On Saturdays we have had our youth meetings. We have actually had many who are not youth attending these meetings because they desire to learn more of the Word of God.

 

A young man named Marcos has been attending our youth meetings and he has heard the gospel. He has made a profession of faith but he has continued to struggle with a drug addiction. I have been trying to help him and I have been spending as much time with him as I can. I have been teaching him more about the Gospel and I have been teaching him that salvation is a work of God. He has been showing quite a bit of interest. Please pray that he would be genuinely converted.

 

God has allowed me the privilege of seeing a young married man reconciled to his wife. This man has been helping me in the work. His name is Edgar; please pray for him and his family.

 

In other news, the families that stayed in our church after the split continue to be faithful. We have also been blessed with the addition of some new people. Please continue to pray for us.
