Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

May the peace of God be with you in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I was invited this month of April to go and preach the Word of God in the city of Arequipa, in the district of Majes, in the small town of San Juan del Alto. I was there for seven days discipling young people and leaders and visiting believer's homes. I was also able to go visit some people who are not Christians and I preached at all of the church services, taking advantage of every opportunity to share the true gospel. God also gave me the opportunity to be able to help the pastor of that church to see, in light of the Word of God, that he had some wrong interpretations of the Scriptures. Thanks be to God that it turned out so well that they would like to have me come back in the month of August. I know that the Word of God always fulfills it's purpose and I am sure that it has done so there. Please pray for the Baptist church in San Juan del Alto.

The Ministerial Academy in Barranco has now started up and I have started the course on the Scriptures which has been and continues to be a real blessing.

When I leave to go preach in other churches pastor Manuel C. takes care of the church along with brother Elias V. They take on the responsibility of leading the church when I am away.
