Greetings Dear Brothers:

God is wonderful in all His ways.
This month, we received the blessing to have many fine men of God who came to get theological training in our church´s Ministerial Academy. They came from many parts of Latin America, Lima, and the rest of Peru. Also, this has been an opportunity to challenge them in regards to the public and personal proclamation of the gospel.  Many of them are very encouraged to continue preaching, while others are growing in this, despite their fears. God is working in them.

We went to one of the main festivities of the Catholics for Easter,
which is the pilgrimage to the Cerro San Cristobal (one of the highest hills in Lima), where they go every year to make vows to their idols, taking candles with them, and doing all sort of idolatrous worship. It is estimated that hundreds of thousands of people climb this hill every day, to participate in this wrong way of seeking the favor of God. However, it was a great blessing, because we gathered three churches to preach the gospel there. With the loud sound of three megaphones, we preached in all the places of the top of this hill, and hundreds of people, who had never heard the gospel, listened very attentively and also took gospel tracts. Last week, we went to visit a family who was there, and they are willing to continue listening to the word of God. To God be the glory! This has encouraged our brothers at the Academy much more, and they are very evangelism minded now.

More blessings occurred this month as we went to a church in Chimbote
, north of Lima, together with Pastor Martin, to preach and teach in a congregation there. It was a great blessing to be there with these brothers, who are willing to study sound doctrine, and preach the true gospel.

Also, we continue to be in touch with the pastor of the Pentecostal church where we taught the gospel and evangelism last month.
This pastor wants to continue learning sound doctrine and change all the wrong teachings that he received in the past.  I have invited him to the Academy classes, as a listener, and God willing, he will be with us.

Like I shared in last month's report, I had many responsibilities in our church, helping with counseling and also the deaconate.

Our online school of Evangelism is going steady,
and is training many brothers and sisters who are using our resources for the work of proclaiming the gospel.

In Christ,

Alfonso N.
