Warm Greetings to You All,

We give thanks to God for permitting that we be in the work of ministry. During this month of February we had an opportunity to invite 60 adolescents and young people from the church to a Bible camp organized by the seminary in Sullana. We give thanks to God for that. There are several adolescents and young people who are coming to the Lord. Many of them are attending Sunday school as well as coming to the Thursday meetings where the gospel is being taught as we do on Saturdays as well.

This year we are working with four small groups in the church. One of those is for the young people. One leader and his wife are working with the young people. Additionally we have 3 family small groups and I go with my wife to be with them once a week to teach about marriage and family. These meetings are good times because we meet with a lot of families from the church as well as unbelievers so we are preaching the gospel to the couples.

On Saturday, February 13, I baptized 12 believers who obeyed in the ordinance of water baptism. Please pray for all of them.

On the 11th of February I went to preach at the church in Algarrobo where Pastor Jimi M. is pastoring. Please pray for that church.

On the 21st and 23rd of February we organized a vacation Bible school event for the children since they couldn’t go to the camp. Those of us who are Sunday school teachers preached the gospel to all of the children.

From the 24th though the 28th I went on a mission trip with a brother who is a fisherman. He is a new believer who has now been baptized and has started joining me on my mission trips. This time I went to visit the brethren in Toto Huaca in La Bermeja, which is the new church plant. A student named Berlyn from the Seminary was there for two months. We sent him and we will be supporting him in his studies at the seminary. God has used him in his teaching the new believers about the attributes of God.

We are very grateful to God for the start of classes of the Maranatha School. The beginning of the school year was on the 7th of March. We have the blessing of having 140 parents and I preached the gospel to them. Let’s pray for their salvation. Many are interested in the teachings of Scripture. God has blessed us with 350 students. The school has really filled up with students and we have 18 of our brethren working there. Let’s pray for all of the teachers. We are lacking an English professor. Let’s pray that God might provide this teacher.
