Brethren of the HeartCry Mission,

Greetings in Christ. I praise God for all that He is doing with you and for the ministry that the Lord has raised up for His glory. God has given me the joy of being able to share with you what modest things the Lord is doing with us and also my observations regarding the church that he has given me.

In the ministry, God had blessed us with group of young people that has been added to us. They have abundant desires to serve the Lord. Please pray for them.

This month we did evangelism in the market and we once again had an opportunity to share the message. This time people came in close to listen to what we were saying.

We were also able to have a spiritual retreat with the brethren from the Vida Nueva de Oasis Church. It was a time of much blessing. We shared a lot of things with those brothers and sisters in Christ, above all the Word of God.

This month we also were able to have a men’s meeting for the men from our church. We shared our struggles with one another and had a time of prayer. Those who are fathers shared their experiences as fathers and protectors of their homes. God has raised up the older sisters in Christ in order that they too might enjoy the blessing of a ladies’ meeting with the young women. They are studying, correspondingly, how to be women in the home, their function and ministry.

We continue studying discipleship with the youth as well as 1 John in order that might understand true assurance of salvation. The children are studying the Shorter Baptist Catechism.

Brethren, this is a summary of what has happened in our church and with regard to ministry. I ask that you pray for us that a few more might be able to participate in these activities so that the church might be built up.
