Dear Brothers,

From October the 7th through the 10th we traveled with a group of brothers to Pisco-Paracas where we preached the Word from house to house in two towns. We did this in order to help our missionary Rigoberto R. Please pray for this work, because the place where they gather is a Baptist camp and the missionaries who own this place have decided to sell it. Please pray for another place for these 10 brothers with their 15 children to gather. Pray also for a pastor who may guide them, because missionary Rigoberto will be leaving to return to his home town in January.

We continue going out to evangelize our neighbors. We are discipling 4 new converts and exhorting the weak to look up to Christ.

On October the 16th, together with our church, I helped out at an evangelistic campaign of the missionary work of Pamplona Alta, where missionary Reinaldo R is serving. I tried to encourage him.

We continue studying on Sundays Arthur W. Pink's "The Attributes of God". In the evenings, for the messages, we are in Colossians chapter 4.

On November 1st we had a leaders' retreat in our church with the purpose of examining our lives before God, our service and advance in the work. We also gathered to pray for the needs and program the activities of the church for the year, so as to be able to work together as a team. Please pray that The Lord may revive His work in these hard times.

The church is praying for the Elguera family, who have heard the gospel, specially for Mr. R, who has lived lost in drugs and agonized with AIDS for almost 2 months in the hospital. The doctors said that he would die, but in his agony he cried out to God and in a short period of time he left the hospital. We are visiting him and taking God's Word to him. Please pray for the salvation of this family.
