Dear Brothers:

Regarding to my labor in the ministry,
I continue assuming my responsibility as one the church's pastors, in the teaching and preaching of the Word of our God. I also continue counseling and visiting some brothers who are in need of help.

Regarding the church, The Lord continues working in her, bringing those to whom He has shown His truth and who have found in our church the doctrine in which they believe. They are participating actively in discipleship, showing a genuine interest to know more of God's will for their lives. Not only so, but some of them are already participating in evangelism, which the church does during the weekdays.

Regarding the preaching of the gospel, we continue going out on Wednesdays and Fridays to the Kennedy Park in Miraflores. Also, the last Sunday of each month, we encourage the church as a whole, and go out knocking on doors and to the nearby parks preaching the gospel. Even though the people who hear have hearts like stone, in some of them the Word of God has been sown, and we trust that if it's God's will, it will bear fruit.

Regarding the prison ministry, I give thanks to God for the work that He is doing in the lives of the inmates with whom we have been working. I especially give thanks for those from Cell Block 3, because is evident that God has changed their lives, and because of the interest that they show in knowing God's will through the Scriptures. We are discipling them with Paul Washer's workbook.

Also in Cell Block 20, some of the inmates asked us to teach them, and we were doing so, but there was a revolt in which some of the inmates took the pavillion by force. That is why we were told not to go to that Cell Block until things calm down. Please pray that we may have peace and no more problems, so we may continue teaching these inmates. Pray also that the new leadership won't give us problems.

Your Brother in Christ,

Rogelio A.
