HeartCry Brothers:
In regards with the work where I'm pastoring: All our services continue to be in just one place, which is our sister Cipriana's home. Our meetings as a congregation are on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm, and Sundays at 10:30 am, and at 6:00 pm.
Thanks to God the mission work that we are supporting in Tarco-Ayacucho continues growing. Currently, an average of 8 people are gathering for each service. The official meetings are on Wednesdays and Sundays.
A group of so called "practicing Catholics", visited our area. They wanted to build a chapel in our neighborhood. So they talked with the community's leader, Mr. Dario B., who is our acquaintance and with whom we already shared the gospel. However, Mr. Dario, used by God, said to them, that they worshipped idols and that he didn't agree with their beliefs. Thus, he said to them that it was impossible for them to establish a Catholic chapel in that place. They didn't come again.
Our brothers Florencio B. and Cirila T. came to Lima for the elections that we had last week. They shared with us about the work in Tarco, and they said that even though the group is still small, all of them are persevering in the gospel. They wish that me and my family could go to Tarco. Also, they say that there are many people who are interested in knowing more of the Scriptures. We continue praying about that.
In Christ,
Miguel Sa.
