Beloved HeartCry Brothers:

I want to share with you that the work in this place is growing.
I visiting the church members and teaching in homes. We are working with four families that are being discipled. We hope to get to everyone, but is necessary that some of the church members take responsibilities over other brothers. We are using Paul Washer´s discipleship workbook.

On Sunday evenings I am teaching the doctrine of God´s attributes.
My  goal  is to teach about seven of the most important attributes. We are trying to deliver this teaching with applications which are being done during the week.

We continue going out to evangelize on Sundays at noon.
Also, as a church, we agreed to go out to witness once a month all together. This Monday we went out and our brothers are very encouraged to continue doing this service.

During this time I have perceived that our brothers are growing in their desire to serve God.
I´m praying for them that their hearts won´t be cheated by an illusion, but that they will be strengthened and their service may be real and firm. Please pray for three brothers, their names are Marco C., Joao A. and Luis M.

Also, we went on a mission trip to the town of Tarcos. We went with Brother Miguel S. and stayed there for 6 days preaching the gospel. As in every small town, the religious tradition is very strong, so our goal in preaching was to present the only true God. Pastor Miguel told me that years ago he tried to take the gospel there but was discouraged to continue. But God preserved a remnant that is meeting now. With these brothers we were able to meet and have services in the evenings.

During our staying there, we were able to solve many problems which almost caused us to stop the work that we were planning to do there: diseases and threats against us, but God was with us. We were able to preach in the schools, on the radio and even give testimony before the town´s authorities. Also we shared the gospel one to one whenever we could.
When we left the town, our brothers were so glad and thanked for this visit, also they asked us to continue going to this town so that they may learn sound doctrine. They requested Bibles, resources and Christian music, because their desire is to give up all the things that God doesn´t like.

I share this with you because I know that you will be willing to pray for them.

May God keep you.
