Dear Brothers,

In these last weeks I have been sharing the Word of God with a young lady from Switzerland, her name is Susana. She has been in Peru for over nine months helping an organization that helps addicts in the state of Tumbes. When she came to Lima, she used to visit us, because she knew about us through the internet with the messages of Paul Washer.

She attended a Baptist church in Tumbes, where she met a Christian family who asked her to visit an old member of their church: Patty. She, her baby and her fiance are infected with AIDS and are now in Lima to get treatment for this terrible desease.

I had the opportunity to go with Susana to visit these people, and we were able to preach the gospel to them. Please pray for them because I was only able to talk with Patty and her mother because her fiance had gone back to Tumbes. My desire is to continue visiting her and share more of the gospel. They live very far away from us, about two hours from Lima, but I know that distance won't be a problem.

Please pray for Susana because some time ago she went back to Switzerland. She is very faithful to The Lord, with a strong desire to continue growing in the knowledge of the Scriptures, and also to help and teach her family in her country. Her mother is Peruvian and also is a Christian, and her oldest sister is Christian too, but her father died when they were just little girls.

Please continue praying for Heldren, because I know that she is very busy with her studies in medicine. During these holidays she couldn't come to church because she had some problems with her qualifications, and has to study more to continue on in medical school. I hope to get in touch soon with her, because I couldn't talk personally.
