Dear Brothers,

During this month The Lord has led us to help some churches
and groups of brothers who have understood the doctrines of grace and are participating in the discipleship course written by Paul Washer. Due to this, they asked us to go to their churches to help them in the teaching of these topics. So The Lord gave me the opportunity to share with these brothers what I have learned during this time about God's grace and the biblical gospel. I was then invited to share about these topics.

On May 20th I was teaching to a group of brothers, an average of 20 who are participating in the studies of discipleship in a place located in La Molina. Also brother Walter was there teaching to the same group. Brother Aldo is leading this meeting and he is also attending our church in Barranco. On May 22nd I was invited to preach at the 11th anniversary of the planting of the church which is pastored by brother Carlos M. in Chorrillos. On May 28th I was also invited to teach in the church "Destino de Vida" in San Juan de Miraflores, that is being pastored by brother Victor S.

In regards to the work of the church,
by the grace of God we continue growing in attendance, and in the participation of our brothers in the studies. The great majority of people who attend our church are studying biblical discipleship and the Doctrine of God in Sunday school. So, in this way the church is being edified with the knowledge of God and of our Lord.

Regarding the commandment of The Lord to go and preach the gospel, the church is doing it faithfully. Apart from going on Wednesdays and Fridays, we have started going out after the service from house to house in the neighborhood where our church meets, testifying of The Lord and His blessed gospel. This has not been easy because on many occasions people have slammed their doors in our faces, because of the hardness of their hearts. In spite of all this there have been some families who have opened the doors and we have been able to share the gospel with them. So now we have the opportunity to continue visiting them to share the word of God.

In regards to the prison ministry, we had an evangelistic campaign where we preached together with brother Alfonso and brother Paco. There we gave witness to the power of the gospel to change lives and make them new creatures in Christ Jesus, as He did with us. As a result of this, other inmates joined us for the services where we are teaching. Also we have begun to teach the Biblical Discipleship course to the brothers with whom we are working. They have shown changes in their lives and are very encouraged with these courses. There are 12 of them who are taking this class.

Please also pray for The Lord to continue strengthening and guiding us
in the work that He has given us for His glory and honor.

Your brother in Christ,

Rogelio A.
