Greetings, Thanks to God´s mercy we continue serving our Lord in the ministry. During this month we have had beautiful moments in the ministry. We began the school year at our Christian school with 250 students. This was more than we expected. One mother told me: “Pastor, I need my son to study in this Christian school, I have seen the students who studied last year and their lives have changed, so I wish the best for my son. This Tuesday, the 30th, I will have the opportunity to preach the gospel to her husband and her. They will be at our church service. Also two more families will meet with me to learn more about the gospel. Regarding the new CSP Project (through Compassion International) with pregnant women, there are four sisters already beginning to work with mothers who have gone searching for women in extreme poverty. They have already chosen 35 mothers with the greatest needs. In the CDSP project with children and teenagers, we are emphasizing Bible study on Thursdays in the youth cell group. Please pray for the salvation of these children and teenagers, our greatest desire is for them to be saved. Also we are praying to the Lord to send us more pastors, and on Sunday April 4th we will be talking with all the men of our church, and beginning the process of electing more pastors. Please pray because tomorrow I will be traveling to lead some classes with 35 pastors where we will be studying about expository preaching and also about the importance of pastors continuing to study sound doctrine in order to teach the church. We give thanks to God for the Baptist Theological Seminary in Sullana. God has sent 18 students to get prepared for ministry, and 10 of them are new. Please pray for them. Your servant, Javier C.
