My Beloved Brothers, "Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure." (Philippians 2:12-13) Brothers, this is the desire of my family and church "Free in Christ", that we continue growing and occupied in God's work, knowing that soon we'll leave to give account of all our ministry, and may God make equip us for every good work. " Now I'll tell you the testimony of brother Israel P. who is 25 years old. I have known him since he was a child in the city of Sullana, Piura, and after he came to Lima, he began to attend the Philadelphia Church. The few times that he participated in church activities, he did it by singing individually and in a group, with the youth, now he's attending our church, where he has the responsibility to give the Bible reading and explain the most important theological points of the passage. In May he'll be married to Flor, a young lady who also attends our church. Also, on January 24th we took the Lord's Supper for the first time here in our congregation. Another thing that I want to share with you is about our upcoming trip to Piura, from March 22nd through the 28th. We are going to teach some pastors and leaders. We will have the help of pastor Carlos M. and brother Walter I. and another missionary. Please pray for all of this. I say good bye to you, and until next time. Miguel S.
