Blessed be our God who continues opening doors for the preaching of His glorious gospel. Our congregation New Life in Christ is expanding by the grace of God to another suburb of Lima called: Santa Rosa Village. There we have found a complete family. They were praying for years for a place to congregate. In this home we are having a Bible study on Sundays, apart from our regular services. It is a great blessing to have found an entire family willing to serve The Lord. They are seeking to live in subjection to the Scriptures. At the same time we are sowing the Gospel in Santa Rosa Village with home visits. We have met a man called Cesar C. who was in prison for terrorism. We are working with his spiritual lfe.

More and more we are having a better communion with our brothers from the church. We have a real sense of unity, caused by our mutual desire to live subjection to the Lord as he has revealed his will to us through the Scriptures. In our regular services we have a time of singing and then I preach for an hour. After that, our brothers continue asking questions and we stay there for one or two more hours.

Anecdotes

As a product of our pastoral work, our brothers asked us to move near the church. They have a hunger for God's Word, and even people who are still unbelievers have been showing great interest, people such as one of the neighborhood leaders, Mrs. Luz P. who came with us to a home service, and then invited us to preach at a funeral. That day we came back home with my family almost at midnight joyful to have been able to serve The Lord. On Saturday the 30th at 11 pm we received a call from a neighbor who needed spiritual help. May God continue helping us.

Testimony

It is of great blessing having found an entire family in Santa Rosa Village. What a beautiful testimony from our sister Brigida, who told us that since she was a little girl God manifested Himself in her life. She told us about her days at school when she used to challenge the things taught by the Catholic priest. She told him once, "You are telling lies to us, God is not a graven image, God is the truth".

We are very thankful for your very generous  monthly support. With this offering I can support my family and do the work with harmony.
