Heartcry Brothers,

It is a joy greeting you in Christ's love. I want to share as follows.

October was a blessed month for the glory of God.

My Family

Thank God, I am enjoying His rich blessings. I am learning to rejoice in The Lord always and I can say for sure that Christ is my peace. My family is well and united. God in His discipline has comforted us and encouraged us to persevere in His ways.

In the Ministry

God has used me as counselor on a trip that we took with my family, and 20 young men mainly from broken families. I have seen many needs in them. At their young age they have addictions to cigarettes, parties, etc.

With joy I have visited many brothers from the church, especially at the special moments that we are going through. We are meeting in two homes basically.

We are visiting a sister who broke her leg and can't come to the meeting place, so we do a service at her home with her family.  

Another case is that of our sister Cipriana. We are meeting officially at her home for the service. She and her family have been threatened by gang members who until a short time ago asked for money for not harming their children. She and her sister don't go to sister Cirila's home, because the gang members prohibited them to go through that way.

Now we are going to evangelize to Ampliacion Puyusca, where there has been a good reception of the Word of God. We visited home by home giving out tracts. Of course, we have opened our Bibles to counter attack the false doctrines.

Also we had a time of training for the leadership of the congregation. The brothers are working more and more each day for the Lord  and His work.

Anecdotes

As a result of the leadership training we went to the streets. One day we found a woman who had attended an Evangelical church before. She is Mrs. Rojas, and lives with her younger son Jacobo. She asked us urgently to visit her. We have visited her home and thank God she is responding to His Word. She has begun to talk about God to her neighbors without even noticing it.

Testimony

Thank God for our brother Yauri who is being faithful in the work. Even though he lives very far from the congregation and despite the fact that he works hard to help his family, he is taking his time to attend the regular services and the visits that we make house by house.

Also, in an assembly of members, we gave thanks to God for the HeartCry Mission for everything they have done for us.

We are very thankful for the HeartCry Mission for their support with monthly missionary offerings that they give to us.
