Jose Luis is the co-pastor of "Jesus es la Puerta" (Jesus is the Door) Baptist Church in Mallaritos, just outside of Sullana. He also is the Director of Studies at the Baptist Seminary in Sullana and he helps teach and lead different sections of the theological education by extension that operates out of the Seminary.

Carlos is pastoring a church plant called "Christ is the Rock" in Villa El Salvador, which is one of the poorer suburbs of Lima. This church plant is sponsored by "Christ is the Way" Baptist Church where HeartCry Missionary Juan O. is the pastor.

Gustavo has pastored the Baptist Church "The Good Shepherd" since 2004. The church has 40 members. Gustavo has no official training, but is being discipled under the supervision of Martin Zacarias.

Miguel began the Baptist Church "New Life" in 2004 in Santa Teresita. The area is populated by refugees from Huanuco and Ayacucho. He is also working in the town of Tarko (pop.1000), in the province of Parinacochas, in the department of Ayacucho.
