I am here at the Church of Savior typing up my last blog post of the trip. Cassie has gone out to get something to eat with Ana P. and some of the other ladies from the church. We leave for the airport in a few hours and we should be home some time tomorrow afternoon.

Last night, after my meetings, I got to sit in on the Bible Institute class which was taught by Walter I. He did a great job and is a very gifted teacher. Today I met with Walter and he seems to be doing well. In addition to teaching in the institute, Walter also teaches the youth at the Church of the Savior and he is often invited to preach and teach at other churches that are being led by missionaries that we support. In the future Walter hopes to develop an internet Bible Institute. Please pray for Walter as he fulfills these important ministries.

To all of you that have been praying for us on this trip, thank you! We have had a great trip. We thank the Lord for good health, safe travel, energy and strength for all of the teaching and preaching, and for good fellowship with God's people. We are very encouraged to see all that God is doing here in Peru. At the same time we recognize the many great challenges that lie ahead. It is sobering. Please continue to pray for our missionaries here on the front-lines as they strive to plant biblical, healthy churches here in this very needy place.
