Last night we had a good worship service at the church here in Chiclayo. Although the church normally does not get together on Thursday nights, they did last night in order to take advantage of our presence with them. I shared with them from Ephesians 2:1-10. We will meet again tonight and I am going to preach from 1 Corinthians 15:1-6. There were some visitors last night and there may be some tonight. Please pray that the Lord might move on their hearts as they hear the gospel.

Today I have met with Segundo and heard all about the ministries in which he is involved. The majority of his time is given to pastoring the church here in Chiclayo which he has pastored since it began about 9 years ago. He also goes to Mochumi three days a week. As I have shared before, he truly has a heart for the people that he is working with. Pray for the Lord to continue to sustain him and to help him to be a godly husband, father, and pastor.

Segundo has expressed to me repeatedly and has asked me to pass along his gratitude for the support that he receives through HeartCry which he says is a great blessing to his family.
