Last night we arrived in Chiclayo and we were greeted at the airport by both Wehrner P. and Segundo G. We are currently staying at Segundo's home. The brothers are both excited that we have come to visit and they have been very hospitable. Their hospitality makes me think of Gaius in 3 John and of the requirement that elders be hospitable in 1 Timothy 3. It truly is a beautiful thing to be received in such a way into the homes of people that we do not know very well who are from such a different culture.

Please pray for me over the next few days as the brothers have several services lined up where they would like me to preach. I have had to twist their arms but they have both also agreed to let me sit in on a service in order to hear them preach and in that way to become more well aquainted with their ministries. Tonight we are going to Mochumi with Segundo to visit a mission church that they are working to establish.
