Yes, provided that you abide by the following conditions:

  1. Make it clear it is by Paul Washer, or from HeartCry Missionary Society, Inc.
  2. Print the entire chapter.
  3. Do not alter the wording or context.
  4. Include "www.heartcrymissionary.com © Copyright [you fill in the year] Paul Washer or HeartCry Missionary Society, Inc. Used by permission."
  5. Do not charge for it.
