Cernauti, Ukraine Sandu moved out from Romania to Ukraine to serve as a missionary among the Romanians. He is a church planter in Pasat village. Sandu has planted two other churches among Romanian speaking people. Sandu and his wife, Martha, have three children.ÂÂ
