Church planter, Rimnicu Sarat, Romania Cosmin is a missionary in the city of Rimnicu Sarat where he is planting a church. As a doctor, he has had a large impact on the people of the city. Known for it’s strong Orthodox religion, Rimnicu Sarat, is a very difficult place to minister. Cosmin is married to Cristina, who is a public school teacher. They serve in developing the church.
