I am glad that I can continue the ministry that God called me to do. Summer is usually a relaxing time, but for me it was the opposite. As I had mentioned in my previous reports we had to work more for the children day camp. This year we had less volunteers. Many of them had important reasons for not participating in this camp (babies, sick parents, sickness, work). We had to ask for help from other churches and it was not easy. I met and negotiated with the candidates for this ministry for almost a month. It was only a week before the camp that I knew who was coming. From July 6 I mobilized the entire church for this ministry. We prepared intensively the program, the meals, the invitations. I organized the program and supplied the kitchen. Last year we had many volunteers and no finances. This year it was exactly the opposite. There were moments when I thought that this year we would not be able to organize a day camp.

On July 13, thirty five children came, on July 14,  fifty three children and on July 15 - fifty nine children. There were many children, a few volunteers, a lot of work, but those who were present served the children with all their love and hearts. Many parents came at the end of the program on the last day. The program was very interesting. Many children didn't want to go home in the evening. I mobilized all the available ladies from the church for preparing the meals. The church has thirty four members and fifty four children came to camp, almost double. But, with the Lord's help everything went well. After the camp I took a few days off to rest. They need our support.

Now we try to talk to the parents to allow their children to come to the Christian club that it will start on September 6. On August 29 we will have a meeting with the parents of the children who came to all the camps from our area. Please pray for this meeting!
