I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus. God bless you and your families! Blessed be the Lord who gave me strength to serve the Romanian people living in this area.

Nothing new has happened in Pasat. We continued to have church services, to teach and preach the gospel, and talk to the people from the village.  But we have had no visible results. The situation has been pretty similar in Molodia so far.

This month has been one of the best of ministry. We had several holidays and evangelistic services. It gives me such joy to see the way God works. I want to share with you an interesting situation that showed God's grace among us. Last year in June I was in Grusevca to hand out invitations and put posters up for an evangelistic event. I ran out of glue and had to go to some store to buy some. I found a little store and while I was waiting in line, I started to talk to the people there. They sold alcohol. Two women came in and bought some drinks. Although they were a little drunk, I shared with them about sin and salvation through Christ. One of them mocked me but the other one was quite interested. At a certain point, she started to weep and confess some of her sins. God changed that woman's life who was in the bad but later on that day, she ended up in church. After that, she dealt with a time of struggle and brokenness. She continued to come to church and get closer to God. It's been a year ever since and this woman's life is totally different. During one of our services this month, Saveta made the decision to surrender totally to God. God works in a wonderful way in this family. Saveta understood what she had missed all this time and said she would witness to the rest of her family, her husband and their eight children. We pray that God will give salvation to all of them. Pray for Saveta and her family!

The Lord helped us to have several evangelistic services this month. We did our best to present the gospel to the people and sing some good songs. It went well in other churches but in myown, we had no visitors. We had handed out many invitations and we expected around 50-60 people to come. Even so, we had a good and edifying time. This experience made me think of a different strategy. I suggested to have people in some people's homes on different occasions. This month we brought an older lady who could not walk to the church. The service brought great joy to her as she was encouraged. A neighbor of hers was there and heard the Word of God. Once again, I realized that it was easier to take the gospel to the people instead of waiting for them to come to church.

I attended five evangelistic services this month. I am not saying they are not good but it is obvious people no longer want to come to church on such occasions.  I thank God he has an infinite method to work in people's hearts and save them. I am sure I can only see a little of how much work God really does and many times I can tell just a little about it too. But I want to give you an idea of His power and grace among us. It is not because of me or because of us but because He is our Lord and He is still at work among us. Christ's name be praised!
