The younger men need help and counsel in order to discover their spiritual gifts so that they can be effective servants. They have their concerns and need my total attention as their pastor. They didn't need my help so much a few years ago when they had no problems but they were "lukewarm". Although now we get together as a group at least once a month, I get to see them individually every week. We can see a few results as they started to care about their own life, their families, the church and the people outside. They no longer say that the ministry is the pastor's business. I have a teacher-disciple relationship with some of them and I am very happy about that. We had our meeting the first Monday of this month. I got to see and to talk to some of them a few times during the month. Pray for the "lukewarm" people.I put together the charity group for the ladies group every week. We pray for personal needs as well as for the church's needs. According to the needs, we plan a social and even an evangelistic outreach visit once a month. This month we have visited the church in Piadicivtsi (25 km away) and had an evangelistic service there. Afterwards, we visited a family. The man of this family had died 4 years before leaving his wife and four kids in a very small house. On March 10, a fire broke out and burned half of their house. We raised support in the church and gave it to the needy family. Pray for them as they are Christians. In the neighborhood Besides the previously mentioned village, I visited twice the Romanian Baptist group of people living in the village of Kamenka. I actually visit them on a regular basis and can see results already. My partner in this ministry is the HeartCry missionary, Sandu D. There are more and more people coming to our meetings on Tuesday and Friday nights. I met a former school mate last Friday there who said he wanted to become a Christian. Pray for this group of people from Kamenka! The Christian club and the Sunday School Last fall, I was writing in a report about running short of teachers (most of them have babies). The situation has improved now as they started to work in turns. I worked hard for them to be ready to work together on a program. They've already got used to it and it's going well. They asked for my help with the kids. They've been preparing for the Easter holidays. Kids from non-Christian families will be part. Pray for them and their teachers! Administrative work We want to widen the church building so that we can have a room for the kids. But there are many important steps to take. It's a long process in our country. Pray that it won't take that long! Evangelism This ministry is getting harder and harder. Every new generation is more and more resistant and will not hear the Gospel. They think they know and understand everything and the Word can
