At the beginning of the month I returned home from the crusade in Russia. I needed to rest and to spend time with my family and also adjust to the new situation of my wife starting a new job. I needed a time to get used to this new situation and adjust my schedule. Since I was gone for two weeks in November the church needed me for an entire week. I had to catch up on the administrative work and pastoral ministry. At the beginning of the month we organized an evangelization with another church from our town. We planned the event for the parents of the children who had attended the Christian club. We also made plans for the winter holidays. Then we had a meeting with twenty children from non-Christian families. The topic was the Lord's birth, which we celebrate on January 7. Usually we celebrate the winter holidays in an evangelistic way. All the groups from the church got involved in these projects. I also visited twice the Romanian group in Kamenka village. They are in the process of starting a new Baptist church. This process fell behind because I believe that we need to gather many times to organize things. Please pray that everything goes according to God's will. I remind you that there is a large mixed church (Baptist-Pentecostal) in this town. The majority is Ukrainian-Pentecostal and the minority is Baptist-Romanian. There is no faction among them, it's more of an ethnic separation than theological. This process started a long time ago, but only now took shape. After the flu epidemic, the personal evangelism became difficult. The people are afraid they will catch the flu.
