The Ministry in the Village of Tereblecia

With the Lord's help we had another month of ministry and a whole year in the Gospel field. I praise the Lord for this month and the year. I've managed to visit this village seven times this month. I preached the Word four times and I did three Bible studies on the last chapters in II Corinthians. We finished this book too.

As usual, after the church services I counseled fifteen people from the church. I visited four families and spent time in fellowship with them. We read the Word and pray together. The members of the church and I organized a massive evangelization in the church. Around five non-believers came and heard the Gospel. We continue to pray for this village and work to conquering it for Christ. We also had several meetings with all the members of the church. We examined the ministry that we did in 2009 and planned the Lord's ministry for January 2010. We believe the Lord will help us to work more for the salvation of the villagers and for the spiritual growth of the church in 2010. We continue to study the Bible and to memorize verses. During the worship time I challenge all the members to pray. I rejoiced over our last service from 2009 when everyone prayed out loud and gave thanks for the past year. The youngest person that prayed was two years old and the oldest seventy eight. Praise the Lord for having such a great fellowship.

Ministry in Cernauti and the Republic of Moldova

This past month I had several meetings with the pastors and missionaries for prayer, Bible study and planning the ministry in the winter. We organized several evangelistic outreaches for winter holidays. I visited five villages and delivered five sermons in Bahranesti, Pueni, Polena, Marsinta, and Vancicauti. With the family of missionaries that will work in Poleana we gathered the youth from Cernauti. They went caroling throughout the village, distributing calendars with Bible verses and sharing the Gospel. People that had been hostile welcomed the carolers and received the booklets. Some of them were crying during the songs. Praise the Lord that the Gospel was proclaimed in this village too.

When we put up the tent we will invite all these villagers to hear the Gospel. We pray that the Lord will work in this village and transform the persecutors into His children. After the services I talked to different members of the church. I also had some discussions with the missionary families and prayed with them.

At the beginning of the month I was invited to an evangelization in the Republic of Moldova. I preached and then we had a fellowship with several missionary families in Corjauti at midnight.
