I would like to share with you two things that happened in our church this month. The first is related to one of the prayer requests from the month before.  I mentioned that two of the men from the church were not getting along. The contention between them had lasted for two months. During all that time the men didn't talk to one another. The worst thing was that they started to backbite each other. I had several discussions with them to encourage them to forgive one another.

All that time I trusted God to handle the problem. I knew that this problem was another attack from the Evil One to prevent the salvation of the villagers. Our testimony was spotted. With men these are impossible things, but with God all things are possible. One of the men told me that he couldn't forgive. He would make peace, but he couldn't forget.  One day I went to visit him and he confessed to me that he wanted to make peace and be a family again. It is hard to learn in the school of God, but it is necessary. It was a difficult experience for me too. There wasn't joy and peace in the church anymore. But now we are glad that God worked and these men made peace. We are a family again.

The second thing that I want to share with you is my vision regarding the planting of a church in our area. Now I can't leave Pasat, but I hope one day the church in Pasat will be able to take care of herself.

This month I started to break the ground for a new battle. All these years I have focused on only one area. In other counties there are 10, maybe 20 evangelical churches. There are only four churches in my county. They have all been recently planted. There is a great need to plant a church supported financially by another church. Stanesti village is surrounded by three other villages that do not have evangelical churches. Not long ago a ministry started in two of these villages, but now it has stopped because of the lack of missionaries. The church in Stanesti has over 40 members and most of them are young and fervent for the ministry. This month I started to work with them. I gathered a group of 26 people. We meet each week for planning and training. Some of them can preach and there is a great need for that. I formed a choir with a few who can sing. I also want to start a ministry for the young families. There are many young families in the church who have potential for ministry. I want to involve them in the ministry.
The church in Stanesti has the potential to plant a new church. But they need help. There is a serious problem here in that many big churches are not involved in church planting. They have the capability but they only organize beautiful services. They don't train people for ministry or for planting churches. Only the small churches have planted all the new churches in our area.
