Our son, Amiel, has had a medical problem. We started to pray for his healing since he was one year old. We had planned to have him start school this year, but his condition hindered our plans. Finally, we decided to wait until next year hoping that by then God would cure him. Then we tried to take another step of faith.

On the second day of school we took him to see how he would feel. His joy was great. We noticed that he started to feel better as his health condition improved. God blessed us and had mercy on us.

I have a problem that could become a real impediment for the ministry. I haven't found a solution yet for being able to live in the Ukraine for a longer period of time. After eight years of living here we are still tourists. We are allowed to live in the Ukraine only 180 days a year.

This month I was on vacation and spent more time with my family. I realized that Ami needs more time with me at home. He had felt neglected lately.

It is an honor to write you again this month. I attended the service in Pasat just once this month. We had the Lord's Supper. Then my family and I went to Romania. During vacation my colleague, Misa, took care of the ministry in Pasat. We had to leave because one of our passports was expiring and we had to take care of certain papers for Natanael. We were able to get some rest. We spent time with our parents and brothers and visited some of our relatives.

We were able to spend some time with our church in Bistrita village. I preached three times there. We had several meetings with the young people and leaders of the church. We shared about the mission in the Ukraine and how the church could get involved in the ministry.
At the beginning of August the youth group and their pastor came for the first time to the Ukraine. After this experience they intend to come again.

During our vacation I was invited to preach twice in another church in Bistrita. This was the church I grew up in. I had the joy to share with them the Word of God and several experiences from the ministry in the Ukraine.

May God's grace and blessing be with you!
