God's Ministry in Tereblecia

With the Lord's mercy and strength this month I visited this village eight times and preached eight times. Two of these sermons had an evangelistic purpose. There were guests who came from Romania. Over 50 nonbelievers came to these evangelistic services. Unfortunately, only five or six of them continued to come to church. We pray that the Lord will search their hearts and give them repentance. As usual, foloowing the services I had counseling meetings. I counseled with 15 people, members of the church or friends who had different questions. I visited 8 people that I prayed and proclaimed the Gospel to. It was the first time God has given me the opportunity to talk about the Lord with three people. After the shared I prayed for them. I saw tears in their eyes. I believe that the Word touched their hearts, therefore I will continue to pray for their repentance. We also had a gathering of the members where everybody had a spoken report on the previous month. They shared with the church their visits to sick people, nonbelievers and the ministry which they did. Then we planned the activity for the next month. Blessed be the Lord for the ministry which the members are involved in and the peace they have. I have started to teach basic doctrines to all those who wish to be baptized.

God's Ministry in Cernauti

This month I visited three villages. In Poleana, where we want to put up a tent, I shared with two non-Christian families. After I shared, I prayed for them. In Pueni, I preached the Gospel in church. After the service, an old lady from Poleana gave me 1000 grivni from her retirement pension. She gave me the money for the prayer tent. She longs to have a church in her village because she has to walk a great distance to go to church every Sunday. I believe the Lord will help us to put up the tent in Poleana this summer. The third village was Garbova. There I had a meeting with the missionaries and pastors from the Gliboca and Herta district. We prayed, fellowshipped, and shared testimonies from the ministry. We also planned the ministry for the next month.

This month I had several meetings with missionaries, pastors and students. I delivered different messages and prayed with them. Usually I spend a lot of time and energy for these meetings. But the Lord gave me strength to be useful to others who need my help.
