Besides the weekly church services and our daily life with Christ, I would like to mention a few other things about last month.

We have church services on Sundays, Bible study on Fridays and prayer time during each meeting.  This is a new thing where we get together at 9 a.m. and pray. At the beginning only two ladies showed up, but more people have joined us lately. We can feel God's blessing. The prayers are longer than usual and more fervent.

We have a small piece of land where my wife grows vegetables. Although we use no herbicides, God gives us enough for our family. There is a family that lives next to us where their sons are really into growing vegetables. It's their family business. They use herbicides in order to protect them from insects. This year we had a better crop than they did. While talking with my wife, we came to the conclusion that they didn't have God's blessing. One day, I met one of the sons and while we were talking, I noticed his sadness about the poor crop. Then I said to him, "I know why things don 't go well for you". He said, "please tell me!" I said, "you don't have God's blessing!" Then he replied, "I've thought about that, but what can I do. Whenever I get home, I hear my father swearing and cursing God. I read the Bible but I cannot really understand it. I have prayed for the saints to help us!" From that moment on I started to tell him more about God. I encouraged him to call upon His name to be saved because only He could replace the curse with His blessing. I told him about God's grace and he listened carefully. We are going to meet again. Please pray that God will give me the right words for this man who desperately needs Him.

We've started the ministry in Smederevo.  We already have a group of people that I give a ride to and  from the church. We received 50,000 tracts and we want to pass them out to the people this month. At the beginning of the month, we had communion. Among the people, there was a man that took the Lord's supper. I thought it was a little weird and decided to make an appointment with him. I found out he had been baptized by a Pentecostal pastor but under questionable circumstances. The pastor needed activities to make him look well in his missionary report. He had promised the man he would help him find a job if he got baptized. I asked that man if he had faith when he was baptized. He gave me an honest answer and told me that he only wanted to take advantage of the situation.  I also found out he had been converted to Islam because he was offered money. He had been in prison in Croatia, had mental issues and was addicted to drugs. Lord have mercy on this man! I was at a loss for words and didn't know what to tell him. I told him that it was only Christ who could deliver him. Therefore, I urged him to pray and confess his sins to Jesus and promised that I would pray for him. I wonder what Jesus would have done to a man like that. I need your prayer support.
