Dear beloved in Christ, last month was full of events and I thank God for that.

The visit of our Christian brothers from Resita was an evangelistic opportunity for our church. A group of singers came and played the guitar and accordion. I was a little worried as to how the church would react to their music, but they all liked the style. It'was a good evangelistic service.

We finally got some good news that we had been long expecting. We had prayed for recording a CD of Christian music and we got our answer. There are not many Christian music CDs in our country. The gift of music that my daughter has will be a great blessing to churches in our country. It's extremely expensive to record a CD here, but the Lord is good. The church in Novi Sad has a studio and offered to record the CD for free. Praise the Lord!

We continued to have the classes for the Bible School. The first year classes were held in our church but the second year classes will be in the Opovo Church. I worked as a interpreter for the Romanian teachers. This time, a professor from the Bible Seminary from Oradea came and taught the Old Testament. Sadly, to our disappointment, less and less people attend the classes.

For the second evangelistic event last month we had a group of people and their pastor coming from the church where Petru D. used to work. The sermon was good and simple as everyone was able to understand it. Their songs edified our spirit. We also had guests coming from Smederevo (10 km away).

We had the opportunity to fulfill God's words, "rejoice with those who rejoice". We were invited to go to the church in Arandjelovac to a baptism service. The pastor, Simo R. was very happy to have us there as we helped him with the service. Four people were baptized.

A group of people from the Korean church in Bucharest ministered in our third evangelistic event. Their pastor, David K. came with them. It's been such a joy to have them here as its been our first time to have such guests. They sang in three languages: Korean, Romanian and Serbian. It surprised us in a wonderful way. They spent three days here. We had the opportunity to have a Bible study together as well. We took lots of pictures with them.

I made a pastoral visit to a family (mother and daughter) who had got baptized during our last baptism service. I didn't know why they had invited me over. I thought they were having some problems, but to my surprise they made a special cake just for me as they knew I liked cakes and cookies. It's the first time something like that happened to me since I've been here in Kovin. That made my day. We read the Bible together, prayed and talked about God's love that binds us all together. God is good!

After 7-8 years, I had the opportunity to go back to the Serbian village in Romania where I had left. That is where God prepared me to be a missionary in Serbia. It was such a wonderful time to see the brothers and sisters. We shed tears of joy. I preached three time that day in Radimna, Pojejena and Moldova Noua. My daughters, Jelena and Jovana came with me and sang in these churches. They all rejoiced to have us there. We decided to visit them once a month, Lord willing.
