This month has been pretty important for my family. I got all my family together, my wife and our four kids and we had a discussion. We talked about prayer and studying the Bible. It's been a good and profitable time for all of us. We all came to this conclusion: many times prayer and reading the Bible are neglected because of the ministry. Therefore we decided to have a devotional time with the whole family at 12 pm every day in the church.

We all agreed that no matter what, we would do our best to meet at that time. Praise the Lord, we've been doing that ever since. A short while after we had started, we noticed the change in our family, in the way we acted and talked. There is peace and joy without a special reason.  We all felt it and talked about it. We also talked every day about God's answer to our prayers. And even though we face trials and problems in this life, we have a different perspective on them. We know we have His grace on our side.

The children continued to serve with songs and poems in the church and the people feel their passion.  We cannot do anything apart from God.

On June 19, I attended a conference in Novi Sad. The speaker was someone from Timisoara - Marius B. His teaching edified many of us.

I felt honored to be invited by the church in Pancevo to a baptism service. The pastor of this church is young and he asked me to perform the baptism so that he could learn how to do it. The ladies from our church came along and we had a blessed day there.

We visited the prayer house in the town I told you about last time, Smederevo. We prayed and studied the Bible there.  We keep praying for this town where there is no evangelical church. We had an outreach in our town when our brothers in Christ from Beograd visited us. Unbelievers had the opportunity to hear the Word. We are praying for them.

Together with my family, we went to the Gypsy neighborhood and gave some gifts to the children. We allowed the Holy Spirit to use our testimony so that they'll be convicted in their hearts. Some of them promised they would come to church. Some Gypsy people have prayer meeting 5 km from our town. Their leader is illiterate. They had no chairs so we decided to buy 10 plastic chairs for them. We also invited their leader to come to our church and teach him to read.
