I think Satan is either trying to stop me from working or limit my ministry. I've been very sick lately with headaches and back pains for most of the month. I had some medical tests and the diagnosis was spondylosis. It is something I can live with by just taking the right medication to
ease the pain. I have also had a bad cold which left me barely able to speak. The last time I preached the church members got close to the pulpit so that they could hear me. Please pray that God will heal me.

Other than the Bible study every Friday night and the church services on Sundays, we have had two evangelistic services this month. We had a guest speaker from Timisoara along with an orchestra and men's choir. The second time, a praise and worship group from Resita came to our church. Our greatest joy is that more people are hearing the gospel.

An older lady from our church whose name is Stana invited me to come over to her place. Her daughter had made a decision for Christ some years ago. She had even been baptized but no longer attended the church. The daughter had been living in sin for seven years. Knowing the daughter would come by her home, she invited me to come and talk to her. I reminded the girl about her decision and I told her about God's love. While she was listening to me, she bowed down her head in shame. She promised she would come to church again. I pray that God will help her stick to her promise.

I went to visit sister Maria. She is a widow and lives by herself. Last year, she lost both her daughter and brother to cancer. Her husband had died in a car crash. I personally find it extremely hard to encourage someone who has lost everything. She told me she did not want to live any longer. She wondered why God still kept her alive. I told her God still had a plan for her. Her daughter was saved on her deathbed and told her mom that she would be waiting for her in heaven. I am afraid she might commit suicide. My family and I are praying that God
will be her rock and strength.

My best time of sharing the gospel with someone was with my neighbor. I saw him while he was tilling the soil of his garden. I asked him to tell me how he did that. That brought a discussion about spiritual things. I told him that God's Word also needed a good ground heart. He promised he would come to church the following Sunday. I am praying for him.
