Last month I emphasized four areas in my ministry. The first one was my family life. I tried to show the neighbors that we are people who do not create problems. I tried to make friends with them. When we moved with my family and the church here, we had many problems with the neighbors. When we started the construction of the new church two neighbors and their sons told us that we could build anything there, even a bar, but not a sectarian church. They threatened to demolish the walls of the church. They asked us to tell them the purpose of the big hall. I told them that maybe we would open a store or a restaurant or even a church. I told them that we would have to wait and see when it would be finished. One of them was an inspector and filmed us through the windows when we organized the Bible School or had guests. During the construction he reported us weekly. The construction inspector came to check on us all the time.

One time the construction inspector got mad and told the neighbor to leave us alone because we had all the necessary papers. God was good and I didn't had any problems with the construction inspector. In the meantime, I gave Bibles to my neighbors and flowers for their wives on March 8. With all my efforts I thought we would never have good relationships with our neighbors. But the Lord opened a new door. My seven year old son became friends with all the children who lived on our street. He was accepted by the children's parents too. My daughters made the next step by becoming friends with the girls in our neighborhood. So the neighbors started to greet us.

Two days ago my wife gave birth to another boy who we named after my father, Milan. God blessed us with our fifth child and now we have two girls and three boys. Our girls have a musical program in the service each Sunday. Sasa says eight Bible verses from the Gospel according to Saint John each Sunday. Daniel says one verse and he will say two in September when he starts to go to school. Some of the neighbors congratulated me on the birth of my fifth child. Because of the tradition I had to give them a drink. I visited them and gave them juices in honor of Milan. We will invite the neighbors to our home when my wife returns with Milan. This is a tradition and I want to take the opportunity to share the Gospel with them.

A man named Oliver is a water distributor. He brings water cans for me and the church for a few months. Each time I talked to him about God, about Darwin's theory and shared the Gospel with him. Please pray for our next meeting.

Atila is another man who I tried to become friends with for a year. We set a meeting in the church. He wants to talk about Revelation. I pray that the Lord will help me to guide him to Jesus' sacrifice.

The Saturday Bible study with the church is going well. But not all the believes come to church on Sundays. I do not know how to motivate them to come together. Some of them drifted away from the church for the world, while some are lukewarm. On the other hand some burn for Christ.
