I participated in a fasting and prayer meeting with other ministers and pastors. We prayed for one another, for repentance and made intercession for Oltenia that the people here would know the Lord.

It's been a few years since I made friends with a young man for his discipleship and spiritual growth. He always enjoyed visiting me as he would ask for counsel and talk from the Bible. He is a Gypsy and the Lord led him to start a ministry for Gypsy people here in Draganesti. We started visiting a family where we could start a church. I have been happy to see that one of my disciples has the desire to make disciples himself. Investing in him was not in vain.

I came up with Bible passages about spiritual growth during our Friday group meetings. We also approached texts that would help us stay away from sinful family practices. We studied passages that spoke about brotherly love, anger, bitterness and pride. I have come to realize that I have to be present in the people's lives during the week, not only on Friday night. Therefore, my wife and I visited them too and gave medical assistance to the sick ones.

I visited several families and did a Bible study with two of them in Coteana. I also met with the kids group there. I shared Bible stories with them to help them get to know Jesus. There is a boy who lives in the neighborhood and always brings a heater when he comes so that we can be comfortable there. It was the father of a girl who allowed us to use two of his rooms to meet. He became a Christian some years ago. Sometimes, even the parents come to the kids' programs and they listen to the stories and songs.

A family that we usually visit in Coteana, Sorin and Corina, have been together for several years. They have three kids but are not legally married. They decided to go to the city hall and get their marriage certificate. They want to be right before God. They no longer want to live in adultery. I can see God working in their lives. I am always glad when I visit these two families from Coteana. They usually write down Bible verses and thoughts in their notebooks.

There is this family from our church who shares the gospel with their friends and people from the village. They also give rides to the ones who want to come to church.

We still don't have a church building in Coteana. Some have said that we should build one. It is a wonderful dream and God can make it come true.
