We had a baptism service when 6 people confessed their faith in Christ. We were happy that Ionut, a young man we had invested time over several years, was baptized. Also, a young family from Coteana was baptized. They diligently went through the Bible study and understood their need to be saved. Mirela, the wife, wrote down on a notebook a prayer to invite the Lord in her life. Both Mireal and her husband, Gigi, help with the ministry. He helped with the construction in Draganesti and asked nothing in return. Mirela also does different things such as washing the dishes when we have meals at the church. These people want to grow spiritually and  share the Lord with others.  Ionut always prays for wisdom. I suggested that he attend some Bible classes that will help him to know more.
There is another family who became Christian in Coteana, Sorin and Corina. Sorin helped me to show a Christian movie here in Coteana. We invited friends, family and neighbors to come where they heard about repentance. Many people from these villages agree with us to a certain point. When they hear about repentance and that they have to repent, they back off. We told them about Sorin and how God changed his life. They knew how he used to be ( he would get drunk and beat his wife). Now they live together very well. The people who came to see the movie agreed with us, and they said they were glad for the change in Sorin's and Corina' s life, but they could not make a personal commitment. I still want to keep in touch and visit them. I would like to show this movie in a different part of the village. My wife and I continued to meet with the two families from Coteana. We study the Word and pray together. Sorin and Corina would like to be baptized.

I visited the church from Stoenesti on the 14th of April and shared my personal testimony. I told them that if God did not set us free that we were still slaves to sin without hope. I told them my personal testimony, how God set me free from alcoholism.

We continued the Bible lessons with the children from Coteana and Draganesti. I asks them questions so they will remember what they have learned. We pray that the Lord will touch their lives. Some of them are active in our discussions and I can see their desire to know more about God.

We studied the epistle of James with the Friday night group. We also started to study about the lives of some missionaries of God. last time, I told them a few things about George Muller and God's daily provision for 2000 orphans. We were all excited to hear about the miracles He had done back then.
