We had an evangelistic event at the beginning of the month. We all had the opportunity to invite new people and relatives. Some people who came gave their lives to Christ. Please pray for Lucian and Tanta who are a husband and wife. They have two children whose names are Ionela and Nelu. They are a husband and wife too and have three children. They are not from our village. They live 25 km away in Frumusani. I want to share with you how God worked miraculously in this family.

They were invited to come to church by a lady from our church. They were relatives. Nelu's mother came with them too. This lady was very sick withterminal cancer. God allowed this disease in her life because she used to go to witches very often. A woman from our church told me that when Ionela attempted to come to church she couldn't because she was possessed by a spirit of fear who would not let her in. I went to talk to her to see what was going on. I invited her to another room and called several Christian people to come and pray for her with me. Then we all entered the church. I continued to pray during the whole service that for God to let His presence and authority fall upon us. The young woman looked as if she was asleep most of the time. The people from our church felt there was something wrong with her and started praying even harder. At the end of the service, I asked this family to stay a little longer so I could pray for them. I invited two other people to join me. Ionela stared to feel anxious, she did not want to stay but to leave. She was really tormented by the evil spirit. I asked her to repeat after me that Jesus Christ was Lord. She could not utter these words but she started to tremble, hide and run. Eventually she threw herself on the floor and started to toss and turn. We understood we had to fight against the powers of darkness. We started to pray with authority from Christ and laid our hands on her. She was still tossing and screaming. The evil spirit within her was talking too, telling us to no longer torment her. We found out that her mother-in-law took her to witches so that she could be healed. But Ionela got worse. They spent around 5000 RON for witches to say some enchantments. She stared to confess and experienced a terrible struggle in prayer. She told us she could no longer stand her husband and she wanted to stab him before Easter. We continued to pray for two more hours. I could witness God's power when we called upon the name of Christ, claiming the power in His blood. The demons within that women manifested themselves loudly. She eventually fainted for 5 minutes. We continued to pray for her and she was set free. When she woke up, she had no idea what had happened to her. She was exhausted and asked for food for she had not eaten in days. All the people from our community heard about this miracle.

We were supposed to visit them the next day in order to pray with them. Ionela was afraid to live in her house because of all the things the witches had given her. When we got to her place, I asked her to give us all the things she had been given by witches. We gathered everything and burnt them outside. While we were praying, we could feel an evil presence and Ionela started to feel afraid again. She felt the demons wanting to attack her. I told her to calm down and think if she still had anything else from the witches. She remembered she had some incense in a plastic bag. I took it and threw it in the fire. Ionela also remembered she had buried coins before every threshold of the house. We took them and we also took all the tools the witches gave her and buried them in a field. We continued to pray and call for God's presence upon that house. Seeing the miracle with this young woman, the whole family accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. Maria, Nelu's mother (48 year old) and Mitica, his father (50 years old).  Please pray for this family. I made the decision to meet with them every day from 3 to 5 pm. Pray that God will work mightily in this family and in Frumusani.

On Easter we had an evangelistic service. We had church services every day during Passion Week and invited other people to come to church.

I was also invited to attend other evangelistic events organized by other missionaries. I went to Carpenis and Pantelimon. Please pray for the people who were there to hear the gospel.

We had a special service on Good Friday. We had a longer prayer time. I was happy to see the church full. Pray for all the people who heard the gospel during these days.
