We went on an evangelistic campaign to brother Marian J. mission field. We thank God for providing good weather so that we could preach the gospel on the streets. We got to visit four villages where Marian would like to plant churches.

I personally had several talks where I could fully preach the salvation plan. I saw people who were touched by the Word and wanted to hear more about God and His salvation. I remember my conversation with some villagers in their courtyard. At a certain moment, another woman came and joined our talk. She had many questions but seemed to be arrogant and not willing to hear the gospel. Then I asked her straightforwardly, "Madam, I see you are in a pretty happy mood, but what suffering does your heart conceal?" She was almost shocked and then became very vulnerable. When I asked for a glass of water, she invited us to come over to her place. She gave me some fresh water from her well and then she started to share with me things from her life. I couldn't believe I was talking to the same woman. She was totally changed, devouring my words. She said she wanted to come to church and follow Christ. Praise the Lord for the way He works in people's hearts and minds.

I got to visit a family in Florica that I had visited before on a previous campaign. Vivi, the mayor's brother, had been very receptive and invited us to come back. So we went over to their place and spent the evening with his family. I told them openly that they were sinners and needed God's forgiveness. I showed them the way they could be saved, through Jesus Christ. They had many questions and I answered them all.  I invited them to come to church the second day but they said they couldn't because that would affect his brother's reputation. Instead they said they would come to the church in Pitulicea because no one knew them there. I promised I would invite them there when I came back. May God give them strength to break the barriers of shame and fear. All the missionaries  were encouraged by their time there and we praised the Lord for making us worthy of proclaiming His name in that area. This was the 8th evangelistic campaign this year. The 9th and last will be on October 5, 6 in Fieni.

I spent the rest of the time working on the outside of the church building. We can gladly say that it's almost done and is a beautiful and roomy building. We praise the Lord for all the resources and support we received and also for the people from our church who worked along side.
