I helped the groups of kids from Draganesti and Coteana.

Every Saturday In Coteana I taught the kids about an attribute of God and a verse related to it. I did my best to help them understand. When I told them God was holy, I also told them He had no sin. I used a clean piece of paper to explain that God was as spotless as it was. Then I told them we were sinners taking another piece of paper which I drew things on. It represented their sins. The kids were able to see the difference.

I was able to work on the church building where we worked on the second floor. During the first two weeks of the month, we built up the walls and then put up the trusses to sustain the roof. God blessed us with warm weather so we could work. The people passing by the church witnessed God's hand on us. This church building can bear a good testimony for our church. Just like the restored walls in Jerusalem revealed God's power and glory, the same was true for us.

I got together with my disciples and studied Bible excerpts that talked about baptism. A young man wants to be baptized. We studied about generosity, tithing and church discipline. Also, we talked about four characters in the Old Testament and saw what we could learn from them.

Regarding the HeartCry Conference in Elim, it was a good time that challenged me to think about my fellowship with God. I was determined to improve my devotional time and read His word more. Also, every day I write down a verse or some thought I have from the Christian books I read. I do that in order to not forget, to mediate on it and share it with others. In the morning I also have a special time of praise, worshiping the Lord.

I visited a family from Coteana twice. They started to attend our church about a month ago. They enjoy coming to our church and bring other people along. They tell their children to come to our programs. God is working in their hearts. I invited them over to our place so that we can edify our relationships and show them hospitality. Another person from our church and I agreed to visit them and talk to them on a more personal level.

I did my best to help the people from my church by giving them counsel and encouragement. I interpreted for a medical team, even though my English is not that good. Sick and old people were seen by the doctors and given medicines and glasses. We also had a few teams in charge of telling them the Gospel while they waited to see the doctors.

I am a member of the church committee that counsels people who want to be baptized. Our prayer is to be wise and see if these people are born-again Christians.
