I invited young people over to my place and we talked about the physical and spiritual struggles they have faced. We also read and studied the Bible. These people attend our church and also come to the small groups we have. One of them is going to be baptized. Another young man told me he had received Christ. I cannot be sure of that but I've noticed he understands spiritual truths more and more. He also joins me when I do evangelism. He told me he wished he knew what to tell others. We had previously had a Bible study together about pride. By the end of the study he thanked Jesus for having died for him as well. I got in touch with a man who is addicted to alcohol. I gave him a book about this issue. I think there is hope for this man. We are going to meet again. I invited some ladies from Coteana to come to our church on the occasion of Woman's Day. The ladies from our church had a special meeting that day. Along with other HeartCry missionaries we did street evangelism in Coteana, Draganesti and Stoenesti during March 17-18. I approached a few people and had an interesting talk with a young man in particular. He listened to what I was telling him and asked questions. I asked him what he thought about salvation and did he know how he could be saved. He answered, "by doing good works". Then I told him that if it had been that way then what was the point of Jesus dying on the cross. He agreed and said he had never thought about it. He seemed to be very happy to talk to us. We pray that God will help us meet again. I did some biblical talking with the unsaved people who attended out church and visited them at home. I also counseled and preached the Word to our church members. On March 14 I had a message entitled "Jesus, a Different Savior". During Jesus' time the Jews were expecting a Messiah to liberate them from Rome, but He had a much greater purpose in coming.
