This month I've kept visiting one of my disciples who wanted to know more about God's Word. We've been studying about how someone can be saved and what it means to be a member of an evangelical church. While I was studying with Ionut, another boy, his neighbor showed up and said he wanted to do this study as well. It had been Ionut who first introduced me to George's family. I had visited them some years before, and gave them some Christian books. Back then I invited them to the church. And they responded to my invitation, especially the father, Marcel.

A few weeks ago, Marcel came to church again and heard a testimony that made him aware of his sinful life and need to be saved. He said he felt the burden of sins and wanted to be set free. He asked somebody from the church to help him and he accepted Jesus. He is now part of preparation for baptism program as he wanted to be baptised.

George, Marcel's son, used to come to church on occasion. At the beginning of this month he came to our meeting group (Friday night). At the end of the meeting, Ionut wanted us to pray for him to be saved. George asked us to pray for his health as he had some problems with his heart. We prayed for Iount first and then for George. The moment that one of the ladies started praying for him, George felt God urging him to repent. His eyes filled with tears while he was telling me about it. Ever since, he's been coming to all our church services, youth meetings and Friday night group. He even invited his uncle to our group so that he can hear about God too. I want to spend more time with him so we can talk.

One of my resolutions for this year was to make new contacts. That is why I made a few visits to some people who had previously expressed their desire to be visited when the medical teams came to our church. I got their contact addresses and I went to visit them. I asked them if the glasses and medicines they had received were good for them. This gave me the opportunities to share the gospel with them and invite them to church. One of the people came to church. I will keep in touch with them.

Ionut was also with me when I made these visits. We met a 50-year old man who was having drinking problems. He admitted it when I brought up the topic of sin. Ionut and I decided to get together again. There were also other people who accepted the invitation to come to church or to the Friday night group. I pray that God will work in their lives and help them acknowledge their need and understand His word.

I did my best to spend time with people and help them financially as most of them are poor.

We have a tennis table down at our church and I get to play with some people now and then. That gives me the opportunity to get closer to them and invite them to church so they can hear God's Word.

I managed to do my administrative duties for our church. I also helped with the kids ministry in Draganesti and a little with the ministry in Coteana. I am spending time with the people from our church to give them counsel. I also visited them to give them guidance when going through hard times.
