Anca P's Testimony Anca started her journey with the Lord when she was sixteen. Being an orphan at the age of nine she had to get through life by herself. When she was in high school she began babysitting our children. After a while she received the Lord and her life began to change. Because she never fit in with an evangelical church, the years passed by and she lost her passion for the Lord. When she came to study dentistry in Timisoara everything was well for a year until she started to make friends with non-Christian girls. Her heart began to be drawn away from the Lord and us. After she had problems in school she started to visit us again and attend the student meetings. Not long after this Anca came back to the Lord. In September she left the world and got baptized in the church. She continuess to face temptations because she is still living with non-Christian girls. Please pray for her. Anca is very special to us because she is the only niece in our family that has followed our the Lord and faith. Crina's Babyshower Crina and Bogdan were our disciples years ago. They live in Lintz, Austria, now. Bogdan is taking his doctor's degree in physics. Recently the Lord blessed them with a baby girl, Teodora. It was a delight for us to spend a week with them. Because Crina gave birth in Austria, Ani organized a babyshower for her. It was a total surprise. Ani invited all the girls from Crina's generation. Together they rejoiced over Crina and her daughter, Teodora. New Meeting with the International Students The international students returned to school in Romania. Many of them had to take some exams in September. Because we enjoy welcoming them back, we invited three students from our group for lunch at our church. Please pray for them. There are around 600 international students in Timisoara. Most of them are from India and Africa. We can disciple them without going to their countries. We planned a "welcome back party" on October 17-18. In the beginning of November we want to start a meeting with as many international students as possible. We hope to meet them and share the Gospel. Leaders Retreat from the Students Group in Misca Village We believe that it is important to make plans at the beginning of the year. We want to encourage committment to the Lord and ministry. Therefore, we organized a retreat with our team of six people. The second day of the retreat twelve leaders from the student's group joined us. A Christian family allowed us to use their house where they served us. Although we all left tired, we were very encouraged. On Sunday we had a program in two churches. It was a special experience for everyone who attended. Praise the Lord!
