Through God's grace our church had an evangelistic outreach at the beginning of the month. I mobilized and organized two groups of members. We went on the streets of the village where we shared the Gospel with those that we met. In the afternoon we had an evangelistic service in the church. On this occasion we invited an evangelist.

On the streets we met people that were open to the Word of God. We prayed with them that God would bring salvation into their lives. But there were also people who didn't want to listen to us who said that they didn't had time for something like that.

 

Please pray for the family of Emil (he is 57) and Marghioara (she is 58). We went to proclaim the Gospel to them in their home. Before our visit they were very resistent toward evangelicals. At the beginning of the discussion they questioned the faith of some believers who were accused of being hypocrits. Then I asked them whether they were better persons than those people. I continued by telling them that God would judge them not for the sin of those pretended believers, but for their own sin. The Word of God searched their hearts and they began to listen to me. They understood that they too needed God. When we prayed for them they started to cry. They promised they would come to church and that evening I was glad to see them at the service.

During one of our evangelistic outreaches, two families turned to Christ. Please pray for them. as they have started to come to church.

During the passion week we have had services every day. On Friday night we had a prayer night with the entire church, guests and friends. We prayed and sang till 4 o'clock in the morning. It was a special night and we rejoiced in the presence of God.

During the celebration of the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus we had a love feast. We took the instruments outside and played there. Many people came to hear and it was an opportunity to proclaim the Gospel.
