I was in Lynchburg, Virginia, speaking at a dear friend's church over the first week of August. It was a time of seeking God's will in my life regarding the prospect of marriage. Trisha and I have been in a relationship for six months via email, and now, we were able to spend a week together. During the week, I was able to get to know Trisha and her family better. I spoke in her church during their mission's conference. I had the opportunity to visit more families in the area and some of Trisha's friends. It is a time of challenge in my life and I would appreciate your prayers. I need patience and faith in seeking His will in this important area of my life. After spending time in Lynchburg, I travelled to Louiville, Kentucky, where I took a class before the beginning of the fall semester. This is my last semester at Southern Seminary. I plan to graduate in December and return to Romania to continue the ministry in Eastern Europe. For this reason I had to register for six classes this semester, so my schedule is full. I have some good classes this semester: Advanced Church History, Apologetics, Greek Exegesis, Research Seminar, and Preaching. I have good professors and good books to read. I am blessed to study in this school and improve my knowledge of God's Word. It was good to return to Louisville for seminary and to attend Immanuel Baptist Church where I have so many dear friends. The pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church is a faithful servant of God, who is involved in coming to Romania to preach in some of our student conferences. It was good to see him again and evaluate the ministry we had together back in the summer among the students of Romania. Much of the second part of August was designated to study for my classes and complete my assignments. I appreciate your support and prayers for me. Continue to pray that God will use this time in my life and I will be able to use whatever I study here for His ministry in Eastern Europe.
