I sometimes feel that I am involved in a complex ministry. I organize the study meetings for the young people, prepare the study, organize the evangelism meetings for the young people, preach in the church. I do discipleship and develop it. I have counselling meetings and do personal evangelism every week and insist on this aspect. Still, if I didn't do one of these things I would feel that my work was incomplete. All these things build the ministry or the "wall" in front of me. I lack regular prayer for the young people that I serve. I feel that I talk to them about God more than I talk to God about them. This month we continued the study on John with a group of around 15 young people. This is a discipleship study. I wish they will increase in knowledge. I also insist on them sharing this knowledge with someone they serve. There are many young people who connect with the church somehow. We want to help them to have a personal relationship with God. I am glad that because the study one lady from our group decided to disciple a teenage girl. So now we have five people who have disciples. I also help others who are doing smaller steps. They have to find a disciple and to prepare him until he will agree to go through a study together. We had a table tennis championship on March 20th. There were around 30 people. We were glad to proclaim the Gospel during brake time. Around 20 young people who didn't attend the church had the opportunity to come and hear the Gospel. We wanted to invite them to come to our summer camp so they will be with us for an entire week. I managed to start regular meetings with a certain person. I asked him to delay the ministry that he was doing. The purpose was to work on his personal discipline. We had another meeting where I tried to encourage him. We also discussed certain aspects regarding his disciple. Because of these meetings it is much easier for me to help him with the discipleship that he is doing. I observed that these encouragements and evaluation times are absolutely necessary. I also met for counselling with those that wanted to get married. I pray that God will use this time for blessing them before and after the wedding. For the moment I am trying to figure out how to develop the youth meetings. I want to have more interesting and efficient meetings, especially the evangelistic meetings. We realized that the Saturday meeting didn't work anymore. But I am not sure yet how to change it. We pray that God will show us where and how is He working on this line and we will join Him.
