We celebrate Christmas twice a year. That gives us the opportunity to share the gospel with people. We had a church service in Gura Bicului on the 7th of January. After that, a group from Anenii Noi and a few from the local church went caroling in the village.

During the winter break we had a camp for kids in Speia. At the end of the camp, we did something special for their parents. We tried to reach the parents through their children. The people there are pretty reserved. But we thank God for the parents who eventually came and attended the program.

Equipping Seminary

One thing we've been trying to do during winter time is to have different seminaries and conferences in order to equip the ministers, especially those that are going to become mentors.

Therefore, on January 11-14, we had a seminary called Introduction to the New Testament. Twenty five people attended it. We pray that God will give us the opportunity to invest more in several people.

Visitation and Counseling

I made around ten pastoral visits and had counseling sessions for believers and a few unbelievers. God has called us "to mend the broken things" so that we can help His children. Many people face problems and if they don't deal with them right away, they get deeper.

I had the opportunity to visit some sick people in the home and hospital. I also visited some people who had recently suffered the loss of someone in their family and offered them comfort.
