We met with the children once a week. God calls children to Himself. These are the names of new children who came to church this month: Eduard, Anastasia, Cristi, Nicoleta, Sabrina.

I told the children about the events before Easter such as Palm Sunday when Jesus entered Jerusalem, the Lord's supper, the crucifixion and the resurrection of the Lord. We prepared a program for Easter and gave praise to the Lord who died on our behalf and resurrected from the dead.

We also got together with the team of Maricica, Veronica (she works with the preschoolers), Costel (he works with the preschoolers and helps with Saturday children's club). We talked about several things we were dealing with and planned the activity for next month. We had a prayer time as well.

God opened doors for us and we visited an elementary school. We had an Easter program for the children. We had prayed for this action with the team and the church and 258 kids heard the gospel. We learned John 3:16 and told the Easter story to the kids emphasizing the wonderful news of Jesus' sacrifice for us. Both the kids and the teachers heard. We also made some crafts that they took home. My husband came to help in spite his busy schedule. Tania also helped because she wanted to see what it was like to work in schools. I personally had an emotional and spiritual struggle before going to school but I thank God for all who prayed for me, the team and my church.

We'll continue to pray for these children so that God will work out His salvation in their lives. We want to look for new opportunities to work with them. We will organize a six day camp for them this summer. Our prayer is for God to work in their hearts and the hearts of their parents.

This is how God blessed us to work with them to extend His Kingdom!
