At the end of November through the beginning of December, I visited some old people in order to share the gospel with them. I visited seven families. I talked to them and read Psalm 104. Then we discussed this psalm and prayed. Actually, they asked whether I was going to pray for them. The first time I visited them, I was a little afraid as I didn't know what they were going to say.  Now they know who I am am and what I do. Please pray that they will receive Christ soon as they are very old people who can no longer read because of their eye sight.

December 1st represents the AIDS Day here. Along with other people including doctors, priests and psychiatrists, we went down to the town hall to attend a meeting. We talked about the statistics from our country and about how people lived here. The schools from Anenii Noi brought relevant drawings in this respect. Our church gave away presents to kids who have this disease. The world we live in is pretty immoral as people no longer fear anything. We pray that God will change their lives.

Regarding the kids ministry, we continued to learn Scripture by heart. We made crafts and drawings about Jesus' birth. They all got a book about Christ. They were all excited because the book as it helped them to tell other kids about His birth. Some of the kids were able to say the scriptures they had been learning since autumn. They also received Christmas presents. All the children received invitations for their parents. We pray that they will attend our Christmas programs.

We continued to get together with the ladies. We all look forward to Tuesdays as we meet at twice at church and twice at my place each month. The pastor's wife shares from the Bible and I usually have the questions and lead the prayer time. Once I asked the ladies why they chose to attend this meeting and they said they felt free here. They could talk and share their need with one another. Both Mariana and I do our best to provide a nice environment. We sometimes try new recipes. They all have their Bibles when they come so that they can read the Scriptures we need.

We had a Christmas meeting for the ladies at church on December 22 where we had a nice program with presents, surprises and a meal. We all wrote down something nice for one another. There are two non-Christian ladies who have been attending our meetings. They live in a another village. Pray that they'll come more often.
